Housing Assessments

Sensphere provides Occupational Therapy housing assessments for children, young people, and adults with additional needs, disabilities, neurodevelopmental differences, physical difficulties, or sensory processing challenges.

One-to-one therapy focused on specific goals. Blocks are recommended for sustained progress.

How payment works

We invoice before or after sessions as agreed. We accept bank transfer and card payment. Full payment terms are included with your quote.

Cancellation policy:We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be charged at the full session rate. We will always try to offer an alternative appointment where possible.

Where we work

UK-wide remote support via secure video for parent coaching, follow-up therapy, and report consultations.

In-person assessments and school observations available across Greater London; travel costed separately for sessions outside this zone.

EHCP evidence reports and tribunal-ready assessments available UK-wide (remote where appropriate, in-person where required).

All clinical work is conducted by an HCPC-registered occupational therapist. Sensphere is independent of NHS services and does not replace NHS clinical pathways.

Current practice combines private paediatric OT at Sensphere with contract NHS paediatric work in London (Your World Recruitment Group). Prior NHS and community roles include HCRG, CSH Surrey (paediatric community), The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, and Central and North West London NHS (stroke and neuro rehabilitation). Specialist focus on autism, ADHD, DCD, sensory processing differences, and EHCP evidence reports.
